Last updated: February 11, 2026

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of PixelForge Academy and its services. By accessing and using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. We provide educational training in web design, UI/UX development, and website development across the United Kingdom. Your use of our platform constitutes your legal acceptance of these conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue your use of our services immediately. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use following any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access our platform.

User Obligations and Conduct

As a user of our training platform, you agree to conduct yourself responsibly and professionally. You must not engage in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or compromise our services or other users' experiences. This includes but is not limited to: unauthorised access attempts, distributing malware, harassment, posting offensive content, or violating intellectual property rights. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We expect all users to respect our community guidelines and treat fellow learners and instructors with courtesy. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit our platform's code or content. Any violation of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension or termination. We monitor user activity to maintain a safe and professional learning environment for all participants.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided on our platform, including course materials, videos, design templates, code examples, and written resources, is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use this content solely for your personal learning purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our materials without explicit written permission. All course content remains our property, and unauthorised use constitutes copyright infringement. You retain ownership of any original work you create during your training, but we may use such work for educational demonstration purposes with your consent. Any designs, code, or materials you produce must not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights. We take intellectual property protection seriously and will pursue legal action against violations. By enrolling in our courses, you acknowledge these intellectual property restrictions.

Limitation of Liability

We provide our training services on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. This includes loss of data, business interruption, or financial loss. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services. We are not responsible for third-party content, links, or services that may be referenced on our platform. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date training materials, the rapidly evolving nature of web design and UI/UX means some content may become outdated. We do not assume responsibility for your specific business outcomes or career results following training completion. You acknowledge the inherent risks of digital learning and agree to assume all responsibility for your use of our platform.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our platform at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to: violation of these terms, illegal activity, harassment of other users, or misuse of our services. Upon termination, your right to access all course materials and your account immediately ceases. Any fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your enrollment agreement. We may terminate your account if it remains inactive for an extended period. In the event of termination, you must cease all use of our materials and return or destroy any downloaded content. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your account or access to our services. You may request account deletion at any time, subject to our data retention policies. We maintain the right to archive your progress data for administrative and legal compliance purposes even after termination.

General Provisions

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of our platform and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. Your failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right. We may assign our rights and obligations under these terms to any third party. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws. We do not provide legal advice, and you should consult a solicitor for any legal concerns. These terms are binding on your heirs, successors, and assigns. We may update these terms periodically, and we encourage you to review them regularly to stay informed of any changes.
